Note: We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

User-generated content may be publicly visible on the Platform.

• We do not track precise GPS location unless you explicitly enable it
• Location access can be disabled at any time via your device or browser settings
2. How We Use Your Information

• Display events, profiles, and content on the Platform
• Enable organisers, DJs, and merchants to publish listings and manage subscriptions
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Send transactional communications (e.g. account verification, password resets, booking confirmations)
• Send marketing communications, where you have given consent (you may withdraw consent at any time)
• Improve Platform performance and user experience
• Monitor security and prevent misuse or fraud

We do not sell your personal data.

However, no platform or transmission over the internet can guarantee absolute security. You use the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Skatrium is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
